Analysis and evaluation techniques for composite materials

Support for optimal product design and improvement of quality! Introduction to analysis and evaluation techniques for composite materials.

We would like to introduce our "Analysis and Evaluation Technology for Composite Materials." In numerical analysis of composite materials, regardless of material, type, or specifications, it effectively enhances understanding and improvement of functions at the design stage, supporting optimal product design. Additionally, in chemical analysis of composite materials, we investigate product anomalies and complaints, pursue causes, and evaluate countermeasures, thereby supporting quality improvement. 【What You Can Learn】 < Numerical Analysis of Composite Materials > ■ Surface Pressure: Confirmation of sealing force ■ Deformation State: Confirmation of abnormal deformation ■ Internal Stress: Confirmation of rubber damage ■ Reaction Force: Force applied to the case (insertion force) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Protecting Japanese brands using analytical techniques employed by the FBI and Interpol.

A technology that proves "where it was produced?" which is difficult to verify with DNA testing, enabling the identification of the origin of sake and fruits. Applicable even in fields where electronic tags cannot be used.

The Japan Distribution Management Support Organization, commonly known as JDMSO, is a company specializing in countermeasures against counterfeit products and distribution management. The company utilizes IT technology to build marketing and traceability systems for Japanese agricultural products, providing these services to organizations such as the Hokuren Agricultural Cooperative Association. Although blockchain technology has made data tampering more difficult, issues persist on the ground where packaging materials are removed and replaced with counterfeit contents. Similar problems have arisen with Japanese sake, impacting Japan's national interests. While DNA testing could potentially resolve these issues, products like sake that do not have unique DNA, or seeds and seedlings of Japanese agricultural products grown overseas that are stolen, would have identical DNA, making it possible to identify the variety but difficult to determine the origin. The company's services have a proven track record overseas and are also utilized by the FBI and Interpol. While embedding electronic tags in seedlings and fruits is challenging, by combining it with biotechnology, they are providing verification systems to overseas buyers and customs, thereby creating a mechanism to promote the sales of legitimate Japanese products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or contact us.*

[Technology and Achievements] High-Sensitivity Analytical Techniques Supporting Impurity Management

Introducing the high-sensitivity analysis technology matrix! We possess high-sensitivity analysis technology that guarantees the high quality of active pharmaceutical ingredients.

In recent years, regulatory authorities have focused on impurities remaining in active pharmaceutical ingredients and have demanded strict management of these by pharmaceutical companies. In particular, the management values for potential mutagenic substances (PMIs) are often in ppm units, but SpiraPharma possesses high-sensitivity analytical techniques tailored to the characteristics of PMIs, enabling the assurance of high quality in active pharmaceutical ingredients. To date, we have established over 300 analytical methods that guarantee PMI residues below 10 ppm. [Features] ■ MS: High selectivity and specificity ■ LC/FID, UV: Wide versatility ■ GC: Good peak shape *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
